Learn how to get an Intermediate/Advanced cardio workout on the Pilates Reformer. This workshop offers numerous variations to challenge the Core, stability, endurance and large muscle groups. Incorporates hand weights and fun chorography in a flow pattern for a sustained workout. Think how much it will add to your client’s workouts!!
