Lora Pavilack, Owner

Lora Pavilack is a passionate movement educator dedicated to helping people move through life with greater ease, confidence, and vitality. With over two decades of experience in Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Gyrokinesis, Lora specializes in creating challenging yet fun sessions that focus on flow, breath, and alignment. Her expertise includes posture correction, back pain relief, knee issues, stretching, and conditioning for osteoporosis, as well as cross-training for athletes, golfers, cyclists, runners, surfers, and professional dancers.
Lora’s journey began as a professional dancer in 1997. As a Radio City Rockette for nine years, she performed in countless shows without injury, crediting her resilience to Pilates. Inspired by its transformative power, she became a certified Pilates instructor and has since expanded her training to include Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and the Franklin Method. Lora holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance Management from Oklahoma City University and is a Master Trainer for Pilates Sports Center, Burn at the Barre, and Da Vinci BodyBoard.

- Pilates Instructor Certification – Core Conditioning in 2002 / Balanced Body University
- Pilates Sports Center – Master Teacher Trainer since 2004

Lora’s teaching style is playful, attentive, and energetic, reflecting her love for helping clients reach their goals and become their best selves. When she’s not teaching, Lora spends her time surfing with her husband, riding bikes, skiing, and swimming with her 2 kids, indulging in dark chocolate, and taking Pilates, Gyrotonic, and dance classes. She draws inspiration from God, the wonder of the human body, and the endless opportunities to learn and grow in life.
Lora’s mission is simple: to empower others to stand tall, move freely, and live life to the fullest.
