The Roll Model® Method from Yoga Tune Up helps to enhance mobility, reduce stress, transform pain, and build body-awareness. It is designed with a specific set of four pliable balls made to effectively perform self-myofascial release (self-massage). These balls can be used on your own, however, it is highly recommended to work with an instructor that is knowledgeable about body anatomy and is trained in the specific techniques of The Roll Model Method to get the most benefit and to avoid possible injury.
